- All standard orders are processed and dispatched within 5–7 working days from the date of order confirmation.
- Custom or made-to-order items require additional preparation time and are dispatched within 10 working days.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Confirmation
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with your tracking details via email or WhatsApp.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to reflect on the courier’s website.
3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
- Metro cities: 3–5 working days
- Non-metro / Tier 2–3 cities: 5–7 working days

4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged or is reported as lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
- Share your order number and photos (if applicable).
- We will coordinate with our courier partner and resolve the issue promptly.
