Refund and Returns Policy

At Auraaby Kivvara, we are committed to delivering every order with the highest standards of quality and care. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • We accept return requests raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • Unused and in its original condition
    • In original packaging with all tags intact
    • Accompanied by your order number and clear photos of the issue
  • Returns will not be accepted for items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • For return of products, an opening video of the parcel is Compulsory.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Custom or made-to-order items (unless defective or incorrect)
  • Return requests raised after 48 hours of delivery

3. Refund Process

If your return request is approved:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Note: Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

    4. Custom Orders

    • Custom and made-to-order items are crafted especially for you and dispatched within 7 working days.
    • These items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or significantly different from what was ordered.
    • In such cases, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

    5. Cancellation Policy

    • Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours.
    • To cancel, contact us immediately with your order number.
